RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your merchandise when you receive it.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on decorated, used, or washed items under any circumstances.

  • Returns must be authorized by JAB Trading in advance by phone or email.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders prior to use.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, defects, incorrect items and errors, etc. must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • All returns or exchanges on claims within 7 days of receipt of merchandise due to damages, defects, or seller error will be processed by JAB Trading free of charge.
  • Returns and exchanges of unwanted merchandise or returns and exchanges due to customer error within 7 days of receipt of merchandise are subject to applicable shipping charges.
  • All returns and exchanges after 7 days of receipt of merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products plus applicable shipping charges.
  • No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange after 45 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
  • Merchandise that is not JAB Trading’s (meaning sold to you by JAB Trading) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by JAB Trading. Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
  • Altered or embellished products are not returnable.
  • We reserve the right to ask for photographic or other evidence of a defect.
  • We reserve the right not to permit a return or exchange if we believe in our sole discretion you are abusing the return policy.
  • Medical Supplies and PPE Products are Not Returnable.
