RETURN POLICY
Please carefully inspect your merchandise upon receipt.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on decorated, used, washed, altered, or embellished items under any circumstances.
- Medical Supplies and PPE products are non-returnable.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by JAB Trading via phone or email.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of style, color, size, and quantity prior to use.
- Claims for shortages, damages, defects, incorrect items, or other errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
- Returns or exchanges due to damage, defects, or seller error within 7 days of receipt will be processed at no charge.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer error or unwanted merchandise within 7 days of receipt are subject to applicable shipping charges.
- Returns or exchanges after 7 days of receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping charges, based on the quantity and condition of the items.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 45 days from the date or receipt.
- Returns without the original invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
- Merchandise not originally sold by JAB Trading will be returned at your expense or disposed of.
- Discontinued or closeout items are non-returnable.
- We may require photographic or other evidence of defects.
- JAB Trading reserves the right to deny any return or exchange we believe, in our sole discretion, is an abuse of this return policy.
